Lost and Found Pets The Prior Lake Police Department is providing this webpage to help reunite pets and owners. This service is not equivalent to filing a police report for a missing animal.
To have a LOST or FOUND pet's information posted on this web page, send an email to Mike Peterson with "Lost & Found" in the subject line, or call (952) 447-9804. Include a photo (if possible) with information about when and where the pet was last seen, a description and contact information.
Each posting will remain for one year. Please report back if the missing pet is recovered or owner found.
LOST: A female Savannah cat named Lucy (left) was lost April 22 on Wilderness Trail in Prior Lake. She is six months old. Call Tara at (952) 297-5880 with information.
LOST: Hobbes (right) went missing Feb. 8 from Pixie Point Circle in Prior Lake. He is black with a prominent white spot centered on his chest. He has a long pouffy tail and a microchip. If you see him contact Elizabeth at (612) 308-7636.
FOUND: Male, short-hair, brown cat with black stripes, green eyes, not de-clawed, not neutered, very sweet temperament.

LOST: Female calico, black, white, and orange cat named "Snickers" (right). She is declawed and spayed and about 6 years old. Lost at 53xx Crossandra St. in Prior Lake near Franklin Tr. between 185 and County Rd. 27. Call Stephanie at (612) 270-5872.

Friendly male black cat with a white spot under his lip named Titan (right). He has been missing from Blind Lake Trail near Fish Point Rd. and County Rd. 21 since Nov. 18. Call Marci at (612) 208-5182 with any information.
FOUND: Yellow male, neutured lab with an electric shock collar was found Nov. 23. Please call Janice at (952) 855-9348.
FOUND: Cat (left) found near Fairway Heights Park on County Rd. 82 in Prior Lake. Call (952) 892-0612 for information.
LOST: Male Chocolate (Liver) Lab or Pointer, about six months old with a choke collar and mangled rabies tag in the Grey Fox Estates neighborhood on Wednesday, Nov. 14. Call (612) 867-7391.
FOUND: Male Orange Tabby (right), fixed, declawed and very sweet. Has been hanging around Fairview Rd. SW in Prior Lake since about Oct. 27. If he is yours, please call Amy (612) 250-3100. FYI: The two orange cats pictured here (left and right) are not the same.
LOST: An orange male neutered cat (left) with a white tip on his tail named Griffin. He was wearing a collar with no tags and was last seen on Oct. 30 near Lords and Manitou. Please call Karen at (612) 597-2836.
FOUND: Female Golden Retriever near Willows Park on the morning of Sunday, Oct. 14. Call (612) 327-3246.
LOST: A tan tabby cat with an orange collar and tags named Tobby. Call Sue at (952) 457-0280.
FOUND: A younger orange cat with white stripes on its tail near Cates Lake Dr. and Hwy. 13 was found Thursday, Sept. 6. The cat's front paws are declawed. Call Eric at (612) 597-6348 for information.

FOUND: Female neutered cat found in the Deerwood neighborhood on morning of Aug. 15 (pictured left). The cat is a white and grey longhair with a smooshy face. The cat has its claws and is super affectionate. Contact (612) 840-6589.
FOUND: An older, white, small lhasa apso/shih tzu-type dog with a black collar and rhinestones. Call (612) 239-6432.
LOST: Female St. Benard named Maggie was lost June 6. She is brown and white with black eye patches and about 100 lbs. Call (952) 855-4397.
LOST: African Grey Parrot named Tommy flew off two weeks ago from the Savage/Prior Lake area by O’Connell and Oak View Ct., by County Rd. 42 and 27. He looks like a Pigeon with a red tip tail feather, is very friendly and will step up on your finger. Reward if found. Call Lynne at (952) 250-6136.
LOST: Gray and white tabby cat (right) with no collar went missing from the Hwy. 13 and 150th St. area on Wednesday, April 4. The cat is not declawed nor neutered. Call Jenni at (952) 393-6768 with any information.

Call the SMSC Public Works Department at (952) 496-6176. For after hours and weekends call the Mystic Lake Security Dispatch at (952) 496-7222 who will page the person on call.
Carver Scott Humane Society - Is a foster-home-based, volunteer organization serving the southwestern metro area including Carver, Scott and Hennepin counties at (952) 368-3553.

The best tip for making sure your pet is safe and quickly returned is to have it collared and licensed with the City.
