Administration
Administration is headed by the city manager who oversees all departments and is the liaison between the City Council and city staff.
The department handles city communications including this website, PLTV-15, Wavelength (the city's newsletter); City Council meeting agendas and minutes; economic development in the city; transit services such as the Laker Lines and Local Laker Link, and human resources.
