The Communications & Technology Advisory Committee was created in 2006 to research, study and make recommendations to the City Council about communications and technology issues.
This advisory body consists of four city residents, one council liaison and two city staff members.
The committee will make recommendations about communications and new technology with the public in day-to-day business affairs, suggest ways to promote community pride, identity and image; suggest enhancements in communications tools and monitor progress of the communications plan.
The city residents appointed to this committee serve three-year terms. Meetings are on an as-needed basis.
