The Ponds Park
The City of Prior Lake park and trail system has 55 parks. While Lakefront Park is the undisputed jewel of the Prior Lake park system, there are five community parks with first-rate athletic facilities and other amenities. COMMUNITY PARK RESERVATIONS
The City of Prior Lake provides and maintains picnic shelters at a variety of parks throughout the community. Some located in community parks are available for private reservations for a modest fee. Reservations can be handled online at Reservation Website. If you cannot find the date to add to your cart, the facility is not available on that date. Park Facility Reservations can only be booked in the current calendar year. All available dates for each year will be released on our first business day of the year. Please read all instructions and policies carefully, for you are agreeing to the rental policies at check-out.
MEMORIAL PARK (5181 160th St.)
Memorial Park is one of Prior Lake's oldest parks. Established in 1948, it's the site of the annual Memorial Day program as well as some great amateur baseball action during the summer featuring the city's two town ball teams: the Mudcats and Jays. Download the Memorial layout/map.

THOMAS RYAN MEMORIAL PARK (4600 Busse Parkway SE)
Thomas Ryan is one of Prior Lake's newest and most popular parks. It features first-rate athletic facilities and other amenties. Established in 2000, it is named after the first Prior Lake resident to lose his life fighting in the Vietnam War.
SAND POINT BEACH (14349 Crest Ave. NE)
This community park, established in 1976, features two pavilions, a boat launch, and, of course, a wonderful beach. The beach is open May through August. For more information, visit the Prior Lake Beach webpage.
THE PONDS PARK AND MANGAN FIELDS (17429 Ponds Parkway SE)
The Ponds
is the place to find great baseball, soccer, football and softball action throughout the playing season. The park was established in 1982, and continues to be one of the most heavily-used parks in the city. Download The Ponds Layout/Map.
