Prior Lake’s annual summertime Lakefront Days celebration is five days of fun-filled activities that include large groups of people converging on beautiful Lakefront Park. Expect great summer weather and a festive atmosphere. Many of last year’s favorite fun activities return along with some new things to enjoy for the whole family. Wednesday, July 29
• Family Fishing at Little Prior (4- 6 p.m.) with the DNR. The fishing pond is near the entrance to Lakefront Park. Rods and reels are provided.
• Inflatables (5 - 8 p.m.) Buy a $5 unlimited wristband.
• Canine Carnival (6 - 8 p.m.)
• Ice Cream Social (6- 8 p.m.) that will include...
- Hot Dog, Chips and Beverage $2; FREE Ice Cream
- Face Painting, Spin Art and Crafts (5 - 8 p.m.)
- Music from the UnderAchievers (6 - 8 p.m.)
- Kiddie Parade (6 p.m.) for kids under 10. Decorate your bike, tricycle, wagon and
come on out. Registration required at the Chamber of Commerce website.
- Kids' Frozen T-shirt Contest (6 p.m.)
- Prior Lake Skipper/Sailorette Crowning (8 p.m.)
- Take the Laker Lines Free Shuttle Bus Service (6 - 9 p.m.)
Park at Twin Oaks Middle School or downtown at the Police Station, Library,
Holy Trinity Church, Municipal Lot on Colorado St. or on-street downtown.

Thursday, July 30
• Bean Bag Toss Tournament (6:30 p.m.)
• Business Expo, Wine Tasting ( 6:30 to 9 p.m.) Must be 21 or olderIncludes Silent Auction ending at 8:15 p.m. are under the big tents at Lakefront Park. Come early and get a bite to eat. Tickets are $10 from Viking Liquor Barrel (corner of County Rd. 21 and Hwy. 13) and $15 at the door. Proceeds go to Teen and Family Movie Nights.
Friday, July 31
Note: There is no parking in the park this day except for car show participants. Instead, park downtown and take the Laker Lines Free Shuttle Bus Service operating 6 p.m. to midnight.
• Teddy Bear Picnic, Eat Lunch and Enjoy Stories
(11:30 a.m.) at the Prior Lake Library.
• Remote Control Speedway Racing & Inflatables
(5 - 9 p.m.)
• Non-profit Food Tent ,(4 p.m.) to benefit community programs.
• Classic Car SHOW (begins at 5 p.m.) at Lakefront Park with $5 registrations.
Note: There is no cruise this year.

• Lakefront Days Parade (begins at 1:30 p.m.) Starts at St. Michael’s parking lot, goes along Duluth Ave. to County Rd. 21 to Main Ave. to Lakefront Park.
• Food from Area Restaurants (2 p.m. to midnight)
• Laker Idol (3:30 - 8 p.m.)
• Music by Urban Myth (8:30 p.m. - midnight)
• Fireworks (9:30 p.m.) For safety, Watzl's beach is closed for the fireworks display.
• Family Movie at the Lakefront bandshell (9:45 p.m.) Bring your blankets and lawn chairs.
