The Prior Lake City Council awarded the City resurfacing contract to McNamara Contracting for $682,126.33 on April 5. The City received 12 bids on the project.
The resurfacing project includes the following streets: Bayview Ave., Cove Ave., Crossandra St., Edgewater Circle, Fairbanks Tr., Fremont Ave., Glendale Ave., Kneafseys St., Lords St., Maple Tr., Oakland Beach Ave., Quaker Tr., Rustic Rd. and Shady Beach Tr.

| Street Maintenance Projects for 2010 |
The City is also working jointly with Scott County on County Rd. 12 from Walnut Ave. to just west of County Rd. 81. This project includes utility improvements, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, grading, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, street lights and appurtenant work.
